His diverse background includes eight years of distinguished service in the U.S. Navy as an Air Traffic Controller and Naval Career Counselor, where he honed his skills in strategic planning, performance optimization, and leadership.

Jermaine's academic credentials are equally impressive, holding an MBA in Management and a Master’s in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, as well as a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management.
